Our guest this week is Emily Koski, Minneapolis city council candidate for Ward 11 (the Nokomis neighborhood). She will discuss her positions on rent control, short-term rental restrictions, and all other matters related to housing.

I will also share my take aways from the University of Minnesota’s CURA report, is what current city council members are using to inform their positions on housing initiatives.

On Tuesday, September 27, Minnesota Multi-Housing Association President and CEO Cecil Smith will join us for the entire session to discuss what MMHA is doing to combat rental restrictions on November’s ballot and how we can help.
