St Paul’s Rent Control Rules A Muddy Mess

St Paul has published its proposed rent control rules.

The city is taking public comment on them until April 22nd.

However, I don’t know what to say about them if I can’t even make out what they mean.

Meanwhile, the number of permits pulled for new multifamily housing units in the city of St Paul dropped over 80% .
