Hope You Enjoyed Our Duplex Time Travel

If you are a regular reader of my weekly newsletter, you may have noticed we had a mistake in this week’s newsletter.

In short, we included an article that first appeared back in 2012. Needless to say, much of the information in that article is no longer relevant to today’s market.

Making that mistake, however, was a good reminder of how very long Duplexchick.com has been in existence. If you start digging in the archives,  you’ll find articles that are still relevant today, even though they are well over a decade old.

While laws and politicians may come and go, the fundamentals of rental property ownership remain much the same. Perhaps you’ll find value there.

And we promise, we’ll make sure the next newsletter has information that’s at least from this decade!
