If you’re a Twin Cities duplex owner, your tenants may be facing financial challenges due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Of course, when tenants can’t pay rent, sooner or later it impacts a landlord’s ability to pay expenses associated with the property, resulting in a downward spiral that impacts everybody.
To help tenants stay current with their landlords during this crisis, the city of Minneapolis has a pool of $3 million in emergency rent assistance. However, they are only accepting applications for aid between April 22-27.
Feel free to share this link with your tenants so they can get the help they need.
